We have been hard at work at GAIN CRE Services! We are continuously growing the business and are looking forward to the back half of the year. We wanted to highlight some accomplishments thus far in 2021!
- Successfully took over asset and property management functions for a dozen different retail, office, multifamily and industrial assets in Illinois and Indiana.
- Built a new property management team with A+ players, Sean Piper and Emily Rasan.
-Successfully obtained buyers for two retail assets at very competitive cap rates with total property sales volume of nearly $8,000,000.
- Continue to search for new, niche investment opportunities on behalf of our investors. We target low, double digit, risk-adjusted returns in areas where we are experts.
- Acted as trusted advisors to our 60+ individual investors. Paid investment distributions, uploaded financials and tax documents via a new investment management software. The new software has created a seamless investment experience and has saved hundreds of hours in administrative tasks
- Moved our office! We moved from Burr Ridge to 3010 Highland Parkway in Downers Grove, IL. Stop by for a coffee!
