As of January 1, GAIN CRE Services has secured several new property management assignments totaling 300,000 square feet of office space and 150,000 square feet of retail in Illinois and Indiana. We look forward to providing the highest quality service to our tenants and clients. Patrick Napue, Vice President, Property Management, leads this vertical.
GAIN continues to bring on new investor partners for value-add and distressed real estate investments. We are raising capital to deploy on behalf of our clients. We have implemented several technological advances that provide our investors with a smooth, seamless, end-to-end transaction.
